This policy explains what MyStreamIsAwesome collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Who we are
MyStreamIsAwesome ([registered company name and number], [registered address]) is the data controller for your account data. Contact: support@mystreamisawesome.com.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email and profile image from the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Discord), and your role/plan.
- Billing: handled by our payment provider; we store a customer reference and your plan status, not your card details.
- Usage of AI features: daily counts of AI requests and images for fair-use limits.
- Diagnostics: technical logs to keep the app working. Your stream designs and settings are stored on your own computer, not on our servers, unless a feature explicitly syncs them.
- Network data: standard request information (such as IP address) used to run and protect the Service.
- Device signals (abuse prevention): a random per-install id and a hashed hardware fingerprint of the computer running the app. We store only the hash, never the underlying hardware serials, and use it solely to detect and stop abuse such as ban evasion.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your viewers' personal details, your passwords (sign-in is handled by your provider), or your card numbers. The AI assistant is not sent your viewer lists, credentials or face-expression data.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process your subscription, enforce fair-use limits, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the Service, and consent where required.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers that run the Service on our behalf (hosting, authentication, payments, and the AI model provider that processes your assistant requests), under agreements that protect your data, and where required by law. We do not sell your data.
Storage and retention
Account and billing data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal and accounting reasons, then deleted or anonymised. Diagnostics are kept for a limited period.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, appropriate safeguards are used.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, email support@mystreamisawesome.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not intended for people under the age required to use TikTok in their country.

We will post any changes here and update the date above; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
