These Terms govern your use of MyStreamIsAwesome (the "Service"), a desktop application and related online services for TikTok LIVE streamers. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MyStreamIsAwesome provides overlays, reactions, camera effects, game mods and an AI assistant that connect to your live stream. Some features require a paid Pro subscription. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and to use TikTok, to use the Service.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law or TikTok's own terms; infringe anyone's rights; reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service except as the law allows; attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or use it to harass or harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that we reasonably believe are being used to attack, copy or abuse the Service.
4. Pro subscription and payments
Pro is billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase and may include tax. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per the payment provider's policy and applicable consumer law. If a payment fails, Pro features may be paused.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the images, text and settings you create or upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display them so the Service works for you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
6. AI features
The AI assistant produces suggestions and designs on request. Output can be imperfect; review it before using it on stream. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use means you accept the new Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.
10. Governing law
